Purchased a handrail and fittings on Monday 28th November after being told they had the specific length I requested in stock and that I would receive it within 5 days. The handrail finally arrived on Monday 12th December but unfortunately, the antique brass end caps were missing. Contacted the suppliers, who were friendly, helpful and polite and the missing items were dispatched to me immediately. The product is of good quality and was easy to install.
