Knowledgeable, efficient, great product range and prepared to manufacture to whatever design you should so wish. The handrails are nicely made, sturdy and with good fixings, the ballustrades are really nicely made and look the part. I wish I had not had wooden posts fitted to the patio to fix the panels too and instead gone with the stainless posts too, but that is my bad. Simple Handrails is my goto place for handrails and glass.
