Delivery was really quick, the Handrail was really hard work to screw into, we pre drilled the holes but the wood was ridiculously tough, the screws that they sent with it just bared and we're less than useless. For over £200 for a long length of wood and 4 hinges i did expect the option of having the holes predrilled and making this a much easier item to install, took us a lot longer to install than our last one which was a similar product.
