I firstly found the company on the internet and started with live chat with Jadie, this then led to telephone conversation discussing my requirements. Jadie was so good and really explained my options. With this , I chose to travel 100 miles to view railings and balustrade. Upon my arrival, Jadie had all the products set out to let me view. Again she discussed my options and went on to get me some discount due to reasonably large order. The order was then quickly followed up by a CAD diagram to assist in installation.
