I purchased chrome handrails, a couple had slight imperfections. I called customer service and spoke to Lorna, she arranged for the rails to be replaced "no quibble". I received the replacements 48 hours later. Excellent customer care. I am now the proud owner of beautiful handrails. Fantastic company.
