Delighted with the appearance and the quality of the handrail itself, Impressed and grateful that they were able to cut the rail to size at a very fair price. Can't complain about the time it took to deliver, but would have appreciated (and, if necessary, paid for) quicker delivery. Screws and wall plugs were provided; it would have been even better if there had been some rudimentary instructions...or at least if they had told me what size hole to drill for the wall plugs. I would buy again, and I do recommend these people.
