Used their online quote system on a Bank Holiday Sunday, the MD emailed me on the Bank Holiday Monday offering help with any questions I might have. Following a few more emails I placed, and paid for, the order that evening.
The posts arrived 3 days later, the glass arrived promptly, allowing for the fact I notified them I was away for a few days so couldn't take delivery during that period.
All in all I cannot find fault with the company, their communication or the product and I am extremely happy with the look of the finished patio.
