Fabulous service from start to finish the MD himself even replied to a query of mine late in the evening! Ti be honest that definitely made me want to place the order . Although the website states there may be a delay in delivery I received my 2 handrails 3 days later on a Saturday. They are very well made and look so much better than my old ones which were dating our staircase.
