The Item I ordered did take longer to arrive than expected but the customer service team were very helpful. The order I wanted was a bit mix and match so I called and emailed them about the order. I always got a quick reply and they went out of their way to help me get what I needed.
I am very happy with the look and the quality of the handrail I purchased. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.
