Easy ordering, delivered on time, well packed and good quality fittings. One of the two oak rails was significantly warped, which was disappointing given the quality of the remainder of the materials. This made making matching mitred rails on each side of a staircase very difficult indeed. (The rails were never stored upright or leaning whilst in my possession). A simple diagram with measurements or a template showing the offsets between the bottom of the desired rail position and the holes in the wall mounting brackets would have simplified things considerably and made installation a great deal quicker and easier.
