Ordered stainless steel handrail and requested it to be cut to size. Confirmation e mail received on adaption and received within time stated on order. Really pleased with the quality - in fact it surpassed my expectations. They make it clear that there are alternatives out there but please be aware they may not be compliant with Building Regs. SimpleHandrails are compliant and worth every penny for that peace of mind. Brackets were very sturdy and all fixings were supplied with the handrail. Once installed it looked amazing. Can't recommend this company enough.
