The oak handrail is lovely .
I ordered 3.2 with end caps I expected the end caps to be included in the length I ordered and to be fitted so I would receive a rail a total length of 3.2 there was no measurement of the end caps being additional or their size. This was not the case as the rail alone was 3.2 .
Also one of the brackets has a black tarnished mark.Overall slightly disappointed.
