I purchased a set of handrails from SimpleHandrails.co.uk in July 2023 and installed them right away, hoping for a sturdy and reliable addition to my home. However, just a few months post-installation, I'm completely disappointed with the product. The entire handrail system has become wobbly, raising serious concerns about its durability and safety. For a product that is supposed to offer stability and support, this lack of structural integrity is unacceptable. I had expected a much stronger and resilient product. Attached is a video showcasing the wobbly handrail, clearly evidencing the poor quality. I regret my purchase and cannot recommend these handrails to anyone looking for a reliable solution.
