The ordering process is really easy, unfortunately Dan had problems with his courier company so my order was delayed by quite some time, but he was extremely apologetic and after unsuccessfully trying to get my delivery completed he made a new rail and arranged a special delivery which arrived within a day.
I would recommend the company, my experience was hopefully a one off and once I alerted him to the issues the problem was dealt with efficiently and speedily, so i am happy.
