Apart from an over due delivery I must I am very impressed with the quality of the material and the manufacture, I was in Architectural metalwork for 27years so I do know about SS grades thickness and finishes, my only comment was your stand off dimension I think it could be reduced by 15mm in a narrow stair way the hand rail does take up a lot of room I think there is ample room for a mans gloved hand. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any one who requires these items
