Handrail brackets were of poor quality, consistently working loose. After trying to chase up, i was eventually told that the company had gone into administration and that a new company, Pipe Dream Fittings Ltd, had taken over and all they could do would be to sell me new brackets, at a cost higher than the original rail I had bought. The company simple handrails ltd and another it trades under, simple handrails and ballustrades ltd are both active companies, despite what was said. I would suggest not using this company whilst it remains unclear as to who you are actually carrying out business with, should there be a problem
