Had to wait over a week for the handrail then when it arrived it contained the wrong end pieces. I contacted supplier who did send me the correct ones but having to wait again meant I couldn't get the handrail up as soon as I would have liked. However, the handrail itself is a beautiful piece of oak and I am very pleased with it.
