Took 2 weeks from order to delivery but really pleased with my handrail, very good quality and good quality fixings supplied, no instructions were included within package but as long as your not a complete diy novice it's not too difficult to fit. My 3.5 metre rail came in 2 parts and when slotted together the fit was really loose, it was difficult to make the two pieces fit together seemlessly as 1 rail, but it looks ok now it's secure to wall. Overall it's worth paying a little extra more than the local diy stores for their cheaper versions.
