We received good advice during on line interaction and bought 2 oak handrails. They duly arrived and we are very pleased with the quality. The pieces were cut to the required length as specified. To make the service even better, I would have liked a template in order to fit the end pieces dead centre on the handrail. It is very difficult to get this 100% correct manually. Alternatively, the holes at each end could be pre-drilled of course.
All in all, a good experience.
