Quality of the handrail and components is very good. Installation is straightforward although it's a two man job to do it properly.
The only fault I can find in the process is that of communication - the tracking via SimpleHandrails was non existent, and I had to wait until it was picked up by the courier before I new the order status.
Overall the appearance is very good and I'm very happy.
