Good product, well parcelled given the vulnerability of wooden handrails to damage in transit. Inclusion of Incorrect hardware affects my score, but redemption is the immediate correction by next day delivery lifting the score back to the level recorded. Staff were helpful and polite in my personal dealings and keen to give good service. Can recommend.
