parts were missing when delivered, requested parts which were delivered quite quickly but again incomplete. I purchased part local which was screw to fix bracket parts together. I do not need you to cover cost of the screw but can only give
you average rating because mistakes can happen but after it was not corrected the second time that let you down.
I am satisfied with the product and I think this kind of thing would not happen again as more care would be taken over
the packing. Thank you for the feedback it shows you were concerned over the errors made.
