Not the quickest delivery but that is not why I marked them so low. The product is very poor quality, certainly not worth any where near the £150 I paid. The hand rail comes in two sections & the join method is a joke. Bad design, you have to drill & screw two plastic joiners. You have to get dead centre of the wooden handrail which is not easy, it should be pre-drilled. Tried as best I could but not perfect, which means the join is not seamless.The screws are also far too short & the plastic part is not fit for purpose. You have the same problem with the end detail. Try to get dead centre of the pole & then screw on a plastic joiner. The screws for the bracket however are far too long (NO i didn't get them mixed up), I pre drilled into the hard wood pole but two screws still broke off half way in. Really poor product, as I've attempted to use it I suppose i can't return it, but I doubt I will put up with this nasty handrail for too long. Look for a handrail where the timber slots into any joiner which may be necessary.
