We ordered our 3.6 mtr oak & steel handrail over the phone rather than on-line as we wanted to be sure we had made the right choice. Reassurance gained our order was processed very efficiently. The two piece rail arrived by UPS 48 hours later ! The quality of the materials could be faulted but one rail was slightly bowed. Phoning for advise on how to address this I was immediately offered a replacement free of charge. This duly arrived, again within 48 hours & is spot on.
