Simple and quick to fit, excellent robust construction, very nice to touch / feel when climbing the stairs and they look really elegant in situ. The website is simple and intuitive to navigate with a straight forward checkout process. Our rails were very well packaged and were delivered on time as promised. In addition, the on line chat line was really slick and helpful when contacted with a purchasing question. Overall its a great product and highly recommended
