I ordered an oak banister and brackets plus an additional bracket on 22nd September. The banister arrived on the 6th October, with the wrong cap ends, and no additional bracket. I have made several phone calls, completed a contact form, and sent emails. I have been sent three brackets, that are not the one I ordered. I have yet to receive the correct bracket, and it is now 19th October!! The product looks good; the sales and despatch has been appalling. I would not recommend this company as a consequence of my experience.
