Lovely handrail, arrived within the 7-10 day period; it came by TNT. Absolutely nothing wrong with the product only problem was that the packaging had been opened in transit somewhere and the top quarter of the packaging was missing therefore we have supplied Simply Handrails with photographs. Fortunately nothing missing. The staff at Simple Handrails are very accommodating and helpful. Our handrail now looks like a quality product, excellent service and we can’t wait to get it installed!
