We had a bad experience with the delivery company, not Simplehandrails, who have been excellent. The courier company failed to update their tracker which meant we missed a delivery. It might help if customers are asked to provide a review when it is confirmed that the package has been delivered. Simplehandrails, you are ace and brill and we love the product.
