My handrail arrived in top condition very well packed. (I was surprised to find that there were no instructions which wasn't a problem for me, but I felt that it may be for others who are not as proficient with DIY skills and measuring up for handrail fitment onto a staircase.
Also there are maximum and minimum handrail height guidelines which are part and parcel of building regulations)
However, my stainless steel tubular handrail is fitted and looks great, well pleased with my purchase.
