The quality of the product was above expectation. However, the ordering process did not work well. We required short rails cut to size and in accordance with instruction ordered the next size up. The instruction to shorten was done via the 'chat' feature, and I was assured that the shortening would be done . However when the rails arrived they had not been cut to size so we ended up having to return and correct the order.Other than that' very happy with product and service.
