Nice quality wood. Live Chat good but pops up even when office closed so no “immediate reply”. UPS delivery a day late, poor tracking - so had to stay in as no delivery “window” given. All 24 screws missing from the parcel. No apology until we ‘phoned to express our frustration. There are only 7 different parts so easy to check before despatch. Our decorator had to leave us to go to another job. Screws sent by UPS following day. Installation instructions found by chance on website, really should be included with parts. We thought end caps and joiner would be large enough to simply slide onto the ends of the handrail. The middle joiner section was initially a little precarious but once supported by positioning brackets quite near either side it was fine. The screws however are nowhere near long enough and a couple of the heads sheared off. It has not been easy being without a handrail at 72 and with arthritic knees.
