Took 12 working days to reach me. I emailed after 10 days and did not receive a personal reply, just an email from the delivery people saying it had been dispatched. There were no instructions and despite a good standard of DIY skills and tools, it isn't as simple a job and could easily have gone wrong. The product is worth the money but service could do with improving.
