Bought exterior grade stainless steel, plain handrail. Fabulous quality product, absolutely delighted with it. Delivery contractors managed to significantly damage the package, so that one of the end caps was lost. The rail survived this maltreatment undamaged - showing it is top quality. SimpleHandrails sent a replacement end cap, received the next day - brilliant service.
