I ordered a black powder coated steel rail for my outdoor steps. It arrived a couple of days later than expected in a cardboard tube and the box containing the brackets and screws was quite badly damaged. However, the contents were undamaged. The pre-drilled holes for the screws to attach the rail to the brackets did not line up by about 5mm. After a bit of force and crossed screw threads I eventually screwed the brackets to the rail. Attaching the rail to the brick wall was easy with the screws and wall plugs supplied and after my initial concerns I am very pleased with the result.
