Ordering service and confirmation fine.
Quality of oak handrail as expected - no problems.
Communication was sufficient however dispatch was within the 5-10 days timescale on day 7 but beware this doesn’t include weekends. (This is shown on website but we hadn’t noticed it)
Delivery was on day 9.
Orders on 10th arrived 23rd Wish we’d noticed working days guidance!
