(DIY) Purchased an oak handrail with stainless steel fittings. All arrived quickly and in good order. Fittings were of good quality and well machined (I have seen them in a commercial setting where the rail was stainless steel). Only niggle was the adjustment to the position of the rail supports using an allen key. Fiddly and frustrating trying to lock it in to place at the right angle if you're trying to do the whole job by yourself. The flexible and adjustable elbows work if you have walls that are at true right angles on the returns. SimpleHandrails had no problem and were quick in refunding when returning these items. Satisfied.
