I ordered a walnut handrail with domed brushed ss endcaps. The handrail was excellent quality as was the end caps and brackets etc. There were no instructions as how to fit the end caps as they look like screw onto the plastic fixture but in fact they are push on, its not very obvious to an amateur DIY 'er like me. The fixing screws were cheap/poor quality and I managed to snap the head off the first one when tightening, I then used better quality screws that I had in my garage. Everything was delivered within the quoted timescale and overall I am very happy with the product. The handrail looks great on my stairway.
