From the response to my pre-order questions regards required finished lengths and recommended bracket spacings, to promptly sending the correct End Caps that were originally sent in error, I have nothing but praise for their service. With regards to the product, the finish on the White Oak hand rails requires no additional preparation for any chosen finish and the Stainless Steel components have a first class finish. Adequate numbers of countersunk and round head screws plus rawlplugs are also supplied. The whole order was very well packaged and arrived and delivered on the day expected in perfect condition. The staff I dealt with Leah and Tammi were excellent communicators.
