The first thing to say is that the product looks great in situ and I am pleased with its quality. My subsequent comments are meant to be helpful not critical: With regard to the installation instructions, it would be useful to include that it is essential to drill pilot holes into the wood before screwing in the screws - not everybody knows you have to do this. If you do not do this, the screw head shears off and it is impossible to remove with pliers. I cut it off with a hack saw and covered the damaged screw by a slight displacement of the bracket. There are two types of screw in the pack - it would be helpful to indicate which are to be drilled into the wood and which are for the wall - they are of similar length and width. I am sure a professional would know but we do not all have the same level of knowledge.
