Overall it’s a good product and looks good on my cellar staircase. Instructions would have been appreciated, the end caps are variable in size , 3 very tight and quite hard to press on without damage , one very loose and needed shimming. The rails should be predrilled for the end fittings or at least include a drilling template . It’s quite hard finding a circle center accurate to a fraction of a mm , failure to get a perfect centre leaves an annoying slight lip . The Allen screw fittings on the brackets are concealed so have to be tightened in exact position which takes a bit of trial and error , again instructions would have been appreciated. I got all this sorted out in the end but it took longer than it needed to due to the above issues. End result is good .
