I was a little concerned at first having read some of the negative reviews but I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of both the hand rail and the fixings both of which are machined nicely which leads me to two conclusions, either quality control has been improved or some reviewers didn't possess the necessary skills to fit them. Courier was a bit sketchy as I don't like to see footprints all over £200 of goods.
