The handrail was delivered well wrapped and on time. The fixtures and fittings and oak handrail were really good quality. Relatively easy to install for a non-professional although no instructions were included with the handrail - we had to go to the website and found that the wording relating to the instructions on attaching the brackets to the oak once the chrome ends were fitted was not easy to interpret.
