The communication was excellent, I didn't need any help as the website is simple to use and navigate to what you want.
All the components were of very good quality except the pan head screws that kept snapping, so swapped them out for better quality ones.
The 3.6m single length was excellent, and the packaging for delivery was more than adequate.
Customer was very happy, with the finish, so the price is reflective of the quality.
Would definitely recommend and use again.
