Ordering and delivery was excellent. Friendly and efficient. The hand rail is good but (here we go) I would make a few comments on the fittings. The screws supplied were poor. I bought some size 10, S/S, C/S and they look a treat, well suited to the brackets. Smooth dome headed screws were used to attach the rail to the brackets. Perfect. Can I suggest you predrill the ends or the rail to enable the cap to fitted centrally. The only thing not quite right is the one end cap fits very loosely on to the plastic part. Time will tell. If it keeps dropping off I will have to glue it. Overall a good service, and looks really good on my stairway. Thanks
