From the initial contact the order process went ahead without problems. The handrail was delivered well packed within the timescale promised.
Installation was simple but lack of installation details meant reference to the internet was needed. The only problem experienced was two screwheads snapped when fixing the brackets to the rail.
Very pleased with the handrail now it in installed. Looks great after rubbing down and applying two coats of clear varnish
