Bought a 2 meter handrail from SimpleHandrails and must say that the experience from start to finish including the product has been 1st class. The only suggestion that I would make is that that they use a courier that has some dialogue with the customer in terms of more expansive delivery and notification options. I was at home to take delivery but only by chance! Great products though. Graham
