Excellent service. Unfortunately on opening the delivery we found that two end caps were missing. On reporting this to you by phone you promised to send the missing items to us. Mistakes do happen and am happy that you are going to address the issue. At the moment I am awaiting the delivery.
Apart from this slight hiccup am very satisfied with service. Well done.
