Lovely quality handrail exactly as described. Contacted customer services as a few surface marks and they instantly supplied replacement brackets and a cleaning pad which worked effortlessly. Comes with standard rawl plugs and screws so depending on your mounting choice you may need to make an additional purchase. I was fixing to plasterboard wall which is dot and dabbed onto insulating blocks. I used DrylinePro and these are brilliant, so secure.
