Before purchase, I asked some questions that were answered (on a weekend!) by the managing director. I then had some delivery issues (entirely the fault of the courier, not the company) that were rectified in a way that I can only describe as far going above and beyond what I would expect of good customer service. As for the rail itself, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and has transformed the look of my stairs. Very pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend either the company or the product (and, in fact, already have!)
