The company do state that orders will take 3 to 8 days for delivery(when I ordered).it also asks you to contact them if your order hasn't been received by day 8.i followed there advice and my delivery arrived on the day stated. The handrail that arrived for my staircase was superb.it is a high quality product and I like the finish to the end of the rails.the brackets which support the handrail are also of a high quality finish,and match the rail. The rail is supplied with the correct size rawl plugs and screws. A very good product which I would recommend.
